Illegal Items

Any item that is illegal to possess, sell, or transport is strictly prohibited.

  • Drugs and controlled substances
  • Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen property
  • Items that violate local, state, or federal laws

Items that pose a safety risk to riders, receivers, or the general public cannot be delivered.

  • Explosives and fireworks
  • Flammable liquids and gases
  • Toxic or poisonous substances
  • Radioactive materials

Perishable Items

Perishable items require special handling and temperature control that our standard delivery service cannot provide. Items with proper packaging and handling instructions may be acceptable.

  • Frozen items without temperature control
  • Live animals or plants
  • Medications requiring refrigeration (without proper handling)

High-Value Items

While we allow valuable items, they must be properly insured and declared. Cash and bearer instruments are not allowed.

  • Cash and currency
  • Precious metals and gemstones (without proper insurance)
  • Valuable collectibles (without proper insurance)

Personal Information

Sensitive personal information must be properly secured and encrypted. We recommend using secure document delivery services for highly sensitive information.

  • Unencrypted personal data
  • Credit cards and bank cards
  • Passports and government IDs (unless properly secured)
  • Social security numbers or sensitive documents

Materials that could cause harm or damage during transport require special handling that our standard service cannot provide.

  • Batteries (lithium-ion without proper packaging)
  • Aerosols and pressurized containers
  • Magnetized materials
  • Items with strong odors or fumes

Oversized or Overweight Items

Standard deliveries are limited to items that can be safely transported by car, motorcycle, or bicycle. Contact support for oversized items.

  • Items exceeding 50kg
  • Items that cannot fit in standard vehicles
  • Furniture or large appliances (unless special arrangements made)

Prohibited by Platform Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service for any item we deem inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of our policies.

  • Items that violate our Terms & Conditions
  • Items that could damage our reputation
  • Items that create liability risks
  • Items that riders reasonably refuse to transport

Special Cases

Medications

Prescription medications may be delivered if properly packaged and labeled. Medications requiring refrigeration cannot be delivered without special arrangements. Contact support for guidance on medication deliveries.

Electronics

Electronics are generally allowed but must be properly packaged to prevent damage. High-value electronics should be insured. Lithium-ion batteries must be properly packaged according to shipping regulations.

Food Items

Packaged food items are generally allowed. Fresh or hot food requires proper packaging to maintain temperature and prevent contamination. Perishable items without proper handling cannot be delivered.

Documents

Regular documents can be delivered. Sensitive documents should be properly secured. Government IDs and passports should use secure document delivery services when possible.

Rider Rights

Riders have the right to refuse any delivery they deem unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of our policies. This includes:

  • Refusing items that appear to be restricted
  • Refusing items that are improperly packaged
  • Refusing items that pose safety risks
  • Reporting suspicious or illegal items

Riders who refuse restricted items will not be penalized. We encourage riders to use their judgment and prioritize safety.

Consequences of Violations

Attempting to send restricted items may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of the delivery
  • Account warning or suspension
  • Permanent account termination for serious violations
  • Legal action for illegal items

We take violations seriously to protect our riders, receivers, and the integrity of our platform. When in doubt, contact support before creating a delivery.
