Kilo Ops Terms

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the Kilo Ops companion app (Android package com.kiloapp.ops) provided by KILO MOBILITY SYSTEM LIMITED (“Kilo”, “we”, “us”).

By installing, pairing, or using Kilo Ops, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and unlink the device from your dashboard. These terms supplement our general Terms & Conditions. Where this page and the general terms differ on Ops-specific use, this page controls for Kilo Ops.

2. What Kilo Ops is

Kilo Ops is a staff tool for receiving operational alerts (for example delivery, chat, billing, verification, and support attention). It is not a consumer rider or sender marketplace app and is not offered as a consumer storefront product.

Access is limited to authorized fleet staff and Kilo's inner team who pair a device from their organization dashboard.

3. Eligibility and authorization

• You must be authorized by your fleet organization or as part of Kilo's inner team to pair a device.
• You must use a pairing QR or code issued for your account. Do not share pairing codes with unauthorized people.
• Authorized managers may unlink devices, rotate pairing, and revoke access at any time.
• You remain responsible for the physical security of the paired phone and for keeping the app updated.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Kilo Ops only to receive and act on operational alerts for the organization or role that paired the device. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with pairing, push delivery, or related systems.
• Use the app to access data outside your authorized fleet or platform scope.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or offer the app as a public consumer product.
• Use alerts or operational content in a way that violates applicable law, confidentiality, or platform policies.

5. Privacy

How we collect and use pairing data, push tokens, and alert content is described in the Kilo Ops Privacy Policy. That notice is part of this agreement.

6. Availability and changes

We provide Kilo Ops on an as-available basis. Push delivery depends on device OS, network, and third-party notification services. We do not guarantee that every alert will arrive instantly or at all.

We may update the app, suspend pairing, or discontinue Ops features. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date on this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kilo is not liable for missed or delayed alerts, device loss, unauthorized pairing, or decisions made from Ops notifications. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Dispute handling for the wider Kilo platform is covered in the general Terms & Conditions.
